We have two teams to assist you: Customer Care & Billing Team: They can tell you about TiktokX VPN, help set up your devices, make sure you can access streaming sites, and answer questions about dedicated IPs. As well as help you with your TiktokX VPN subscription, account, or payments. Connection Team: They can assist with setting up TiktokX VPN on your router, fixing advanced connectivity problems, and helping in places with internet restrictions. Please note that we don’t have phone support. If the chat button doesn’t work, try turning off your ad-blocker for our website.

A dedicated IP means that your external IP address will remain fixed while you use our VPN network service. This will make you appear to be a normal user to other network service providers.
